CHALLENGE
We were approached by Vault City Brewing after they secured their second taproom unit. After the success of their small taproom and bottle shop in Edinburghs' West End district offering a handful of covers, beer tastings and takeaway they wanted to create a brand home to house a huge selection of their own modern sour beers straight from their neighbourhood brewery, guest beers, wine, mead, ciders and spirits along with a chilled atmosphere and relaxed food offer.
APPROACH
The creative concept was born from the strong brand values of the ambitious and talented young team. Vault City was born in Edinburgh which holds a special place in its history and heart.
Gothic and industrial elements were reflected in the style but at the heart of the space is a creative, inventive and fun concept with bold bespoke illustration teamed with sleek modern dark gothic hues perfectly reflecting their contrasting flavour creations and brave and courageous attitude. Offering friendly service to all, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm no matter if you're a modern sour fan, a family or a group of friends.
RESULTS
We transformed the space in a tight schedule and brought together a highly skilled team, perfect for the bespoke nature of the project. Our close network of skilled artists, signwriters, signage manufacturers and shopfitters worked seamlessly together to allow for a stress free handover for our client and a brand home for their guests to drink and dine in. An independent venue on an independent high street.
