Significant Others are a young vibrant design agency who are looking for a key team player to assist the Directors and the wider team in both the day to day running of our studio and to assist with the wider goals and growth of the business. The ideal candidate is a team player with great attention to detail, superb organisational skills and really love what they do. THE ROLE​

Support to Leadership: Providing direct support to the Directors

Travel Planning: Organising travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and transport

10. Project Assistance

Assisting with projects, completing supplier research, procuring propping and dressing etc
11. Marketing Assistance

Lead Generation: Researching tender opportunities to through various online channels.

Content Development: Overseeing the coordination of marketing content, including photoshoots etc.

Website Management
-
Public Relations (PR): Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, issuing press releases, and managing media coverage.

Award Entries: Collation and coordination of award entries and events.

Feedback and Surveys: Collecting customer feedback through surveys or direct communication to improve customer satisfaction.
12. Miscellaneous Tasks
-
Problem-Solving: Handling unexpected issues that arise in the office, from equipment malfunctions to staff concerns
-
Adaptability: Taking on various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help out wherever necessary.

Be a Significant Other ambassador assisting with events, exhibitions and other work where necessary.
